Breathe in, breathe out (deep and slowly).
Hold your breath for as long as you can, after the outflow/exhalation.
Appreciate the little death in life. The quiet. The void/the chilling-out (state of resting).
Go back to regular/more shallow breathing, as you normally would.
WARNING: DO NOT TRY IF YOU ARE PRONE TO PASSING OUT FROM HOLDING YOUR BREATH. ATTEMPT AT YOUR OWN PRECAUTION.
